The FS1902E was of good build and the internal storage shelfs adjustability are a great use. The internal lockable draw is also an additional safety and security feature that is of good use. The look of the safe easily fits in to the office space without standing out or being distracting and the finish is pleasing to the touch. The programming of the access code is very good allowing for a different combination of codes to be entered for department use

We are extremely pleased with our FS2254E cabinet. The delivery was efficient, on the day stated, and the delivery men went to a lot of trouble to position the cabinet in the space allotted.

The locking mechanism was easy to set up and works very well. We have all the space we need for documents that need protection and we also opted for the special firesafe in the bottom drawer for our onsite backup tapes.

All in all, we are very pleased with the cabinet and would recommend this company and this product to anyone looking for this type of protected storage.

We bought the FS1511K to store our Parish documents while our main church was in the hands of contractors for extension and refurbishment. I can confirm that the safe was exactly as described and there were no issues. The installation was flawless with the installation crew being really helpful and considerate as well as being very efficient. We did need some additional keys and the customer service people were very quick to supply the blanks and suggest a locksmith in our area. After a couple of months of very regular use no problems have been revealed. I would recommend both the product and company.

The Phoenix Titan 1281k safe my wife and I bought is excellent. Delivery was swift and the build quality surpassed what I expected. Sturdy, solid, reassuringly heavy and with a great key lock mechanism and with two solid securing bolts to fix it to the floor, we’re both satisfied our most valuable possessions are safe and secure. For a safe that doesn’t take up too much space I’d recommend this to anyone wanting to keep their valuables safe

Delivery of the FS1281K was excellent it was well packaged and we were kept up to date with delivery dates and times and was delivered in just a few days. This is a great little safe perfect for storing paperwork, coins and jewellery which is what we brought it for. The safe came with instructions and fixing screws to enable us to fix it to the floor. Its a nice looking safe and very easy to use. I would recommend this safe to anyone looking to keep their personal belongs safe and secure.
